Young professional women (18-34) see their lives through the lens of their career. It’s where they spend upwards of 70% of their waking life. Career is where they define themselves, create relationships, develop their professional persona and dress for success – we know this because we’ve engaged with hundreds of thousands of these women through our business.
Leveraging the trust we’ve earned within our market, WORKS consults and creates marketing programs for brands that are invested in and committed to this powerful market of young professional women.
Wrapping career content around brand messaging, WORKS represents products, services and brands we truly believe are making a difference in the lives of professionals.

A cornerstone of the WORKS business is that we get to know the professionals we are working for through hands-on, experiential events. Via book tours, media pitches and programs, WORKS offers like-minded brands the opportunity to get in front of these professionals with us.
In an innovative promotional tour of Girl on Top, WORKS partnered with The Limited to create and execute a 17-city North American Tour. Thousands of young professional women lined up hours before the doors opened to meet Nicole, network, view hot new trends, shop The Limited at a 40% discount, and enjoy wine while picking up their filled-to-the-brim gift bag.
Girl on Top Live tour offered The Limited the opportunity to reach millions of young professional women through top tier digital media integration of live events.
As a content company we aren’t in the business of creating products, but when we find ones we love, we put our stamp of approval and WORKS brand on them.
As a result of the success created from the Girl on Top LIVE Book Tour, WORKS extended our partnership with The Limited for an additional North American Tour. In this partnership WORKS curated a line of Nicole Williams endorsed clothing, which was marketed in-store at The Limited, on a mutually developed micro-site, and via tour events.
“I hired Nicole to deliver a presentation on the topic of Leveraging LinkedIn. She spoke to over 150 participants of the Dream Careers Program at NYU. Nicole visually walked us through the most fundamental tools to use LinkedIn in the job search process. She inspired us to get connected and offered tips on how to build our professional brand and presence on LinkedIn. As a speaker Nicole kept us engaged through sharing personal anecdotes and lively interactions with the audience. She is dynamic, sharp, funny and extremely articulate. I highly recommend Nicole Williams for speaking engagements and would hire her again!”
— Elina Leclaire, Director at Dream Careers

“I want to send you a tremendous "THANK YOU" for fitting Northwestern into your busy schedule. I have already had several follow-up conversations with many of the women in attendance. They loved the presentation and are hoping to have you back to campus in the Fall. ”
— Ben Norman, Northwestern University, Chicago
“Nicole Williams' ability to reach diverse audiences is superb. She addressed Dress for Success's Professional Women's Group members—low income women working on building their careers in order to become economically self-sufficient—in a workshop that provided concrete tips on self-improvement. She was engaging, dynamic and fun. But most importantly she was able to think on her feet and respond to the immediate needs of the group.””
— Lisa Tomanelli, Director of Employment Retention Programs, Dress for Success Worldwide
